MILITARY HISTORIAN
Westin Robeson is a military historian, author, history professor at the University of Cincinnati, and high school history teacher. He is an avid collector of American World War II memorabilia. Though passionate and knowledgeable in American History, World War I, and World War II, his areas of research and expertise are focused on armor and mechanization through World War II. He has published works on American armor development, peer reviewed manuscripts, presented at academic conferences, and writes book reviews for scholarly journals. He also does contractual research for the National World War II Museum in New Orleans.
Besides pursuits in scholarship, Robeson has a passion for presenting hands-on history to the public. He has spoken to businesses, students, and community groups. See the presentation page for more details.
